Payment and Transfer Steps

Payment by transfer

The person makes the transfer to our NIB and asks the bank for proof and sends it to us. When the receipt arrives, the order begins to be prepared and the board will be ready to ship when the money enters the account.

After the customer's payment has been made successfully, the payment is processed.

Processing generally takes 2 to 5 business days and is made up of 2 parts, which happen simultaneously.

The settlement period, which usually takes 1-2 days, but may take longer depending on the customer's payment method.

At the same time as the payment is being settled, it is also going through a pending period in Wix Payments. The pending period typically lasts between 2 and 5 business days and exists to protect our business, our customers, and Wix Payments from fraudulent activity.
